These matters include title examination and certification, curing title defects, leasing, well-field service contracts, assisting with surveying, acquiring production and pipeline assets, supply issues, negotiating purchase, and sales and leasing contracts.  Our firm represents clients in oil and gas litigation in both Ohio and West Virginia. Attorney Spence serves as chairperson for the legal committee of the Southeastern Ohio Oil and Gas Association and devotes much of his practice to the ever-changing aspects in the oil and gas industry.
